Occupational Safety courses provide students with instruction in safe operating procedures related to various trades. Course topics may include the importance of standard operation procedures, agencies and regulations related to occupational safety and hazard prevention, and the dangers of particular materials. Course topics and materials should be relevant to the relevant industries and careers within the program(s) offered.
