This beginner-friendly course is designed for those with little-to-no commercial driving experience and is Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) compliant. The classes will provide you with everything you need to obtain an entry level driving position in the transportation industry. The Truck Driver Training Program works with many trucking companies that will pre-hire students.
Students entering this curriculum must be 17 years old before they start the class. Upon turning 18, students will be able to complete the driving portion of the CDL licensure requirements.

Focuses of Allied Health 2 include developing oral and written skills using terminology common in health care professions. It will also prepare students to different management positions in Health Information, from medical ethics, coding and information technology, to statistics, management and medical reimbursement.

Allied Health I

This course provides an introduction to the healthcare field, with an overview of career pathways, occupational requirements and different opportunities available to healthcare professionals. It also introduces the physical structure of the body, explaining how the structures and organ systems of the body work. Students will learn how each body system works with the others to stay alive. Additional topics include different diseases and disorders, recent advances in medicine, and ways to take care of your body.
